These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software applications published by AppIOS, including Network Tools AI. By downloading or using our applications, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law;
• use the application for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to disrupt or abuse any online services provided by the application.

3. Purchases

Some features require a one-time purchase or subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All billing, refunds and subscription management are handled exclusively by Apple under the App Store policies.

5. Device Diagnostics

Applications such as Network Tools AI provide diagnostic information intended for informational purposes only. Device Health™ estimates overall device condition using multiple runtime signals. It does not replace Apple's official diagnostics or professional technical support.

6. Availability

We continuously improve our applications and may modify, add or remove features without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The applications are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
